Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the paldo platform in any manner — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the paldo Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on paldo from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and paldo ("paldo," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the paldo platform and refrain from creating or accessing any paldo account.
Important: Continued use of paldo after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "paldo Platform" refers to the paldo website, mobile interface, games, casino, sports betting, bingo, and all associated services accessible via paldo.
- "Account" refers to the registered paldo account created by a Player, including the associated wallet, transaction history, bonus balances, and profile data.
- "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited by the Player into their paldo wallet for use in real-money gaming.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to credits granted by paldo to a Player's account through promotional offers, subject to wagering requirements and specific terms.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by paldo before enabling full account functionality, including withdrawals.
- "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available on the paldo Platform using Real Money or Bonus Funds.
- "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary restriction mechanism available to Players who wish to suspend their access to paldo for a defined or indefinite period.

Eligibility
Access to and use of the paldo Platform is restricted. You are eligible to register and play on paldo only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. paldo strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21 years old.
- You are accessing paldo from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful, and your participation does not violate any applicable law in your place of residence.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of paldo, or of any game software provider whose products are offered on paldo.
- You have not been previously self-excluded from paldo or suspended from using the paldo Platform for any reason.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
Age Restriction: Providing false information regarding your age to gain access to paldo is a serious violation of these Terms. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on paldo, you must register a Player account. The following rules apply to account registration:
- Each person may hold only one (1) active paldo account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification, a valid email address, and your Philippine mobile number.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your paldo login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party.
- paldo must be notified immediately via support channels if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. paldo shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to such notification.
- Account registration does not guarantee approval of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Identity Verification (KYC)
paldo is required under applicable Philippine regulations to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all registered players. By registering on paldo, you consent to paldo collecting, processing, and storing identity verification documents for compliance purposes.
Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC verification include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), UMID, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. paldo reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at its discretion.
- Withdrawal of funds from a paldo account will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed.
- paldo reserves the right to suspend account access or withhold withdrawals pending the submission and approval of satisfactory KYC documentation.
- Submission of falsified, altered, or misleading identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- KYC data is processed and retained in accordance with the paldo Privacy Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on paldo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). paldo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the paldo banking page at the time of transaction.
- The minimum deposit on paldo is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
- Deposits are credited to your paldo wallet balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. paldo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days.
- The name registered on your paldo account must exactly match the name on your GCash, PayMaya, or bank account. Name mismatches will result in withdrawal delays pending manual review.
- paldo reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or delay processing for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
- Deposited funds that have not been used in any gaming activity may be subject to dormancy policies as outlined in the paldo withdrawal policy documentation.
Currency Notice: All amounts displayed on paldo are in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied by paldo. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider, if any, are your responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions
paldo offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside each promotion:
- All paldo bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements on the paldo account have been satisfied.
- Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- paldo reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering requirement fulfillment. Contribution rates vary by game category. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
- A maximum win cap may apply to certain paldo bonus offers. Where a cap is specified, any winnings derived from bonus funds exceeding the cap will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.
- paldo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to protecting legitimate existing stakes placed in good faith.
- Abuse or exploitation of paldo bonus offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and account suspension.

Gaming Rules
All games available on the paldo Platform — including but not limited to live casino games, online slots, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules and the following general principles:
- All paldo games are operated by certified, audited software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game equipment in real-time dealer studios.
- Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and casino games are as published by the respective game providers. paldo does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit on any individual game session.
- All bets placed and accepted on paldo are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after confirmation.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game on paldo, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of interruption. paldo will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly.
- Sports betting odds on paldo are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are binding. paldo reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to data feed errors, event cancellations, and manifest pricing errors.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paldo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:
- Registering or operating more than one paldo account, or registering an account on behalf of any third party.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the paldo Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or money-laundering activity.
- Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions on paldo for financial gain.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage on paldo.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes on paldo.
- Using funds derived from illegal activities to deposit into a paldo account.
- Accessing paldo from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, in violation of applicable local law.
- Facilitating, assisting, or encouraging any other person to engage in any of the above prohibited conduct.

Responsible Gaming
paldo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all eligible players. paldo provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their paldo account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Session Time Limits and Reminders: Players may set time-based alerts and session limits to manage the duration of their gaming sessions on paldo.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary pause to their paldo account ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cooling-off period, no bets may be placed and no promotions will be offered.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break may apply for self-exclusion from paldo for a period of six months, one year, five years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, paldo will make reasonable efforts to prevent the self-excluded player from accessing the Platform and will not send promotional communications.
Self-Exclusion Breach: Any attempt by a self-excluded player to circumvent exclusion by creating a new paldo account or otherwise accessing the Platform is a serious breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited by a self-excluded player in breach of their exclusion will not be used for gaming and will be returned after review.

Intellectual Property
All content on the paldo Platform — including but not limited to the paldo name, logo, branding, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of paldo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use paldo solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the paldo Platform without prior written consent from paldo.
- Unauthorized use of paldo trademarks, branding, or content in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldo, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the paldo Platform.
- Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your paldo account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of paldo services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside paldo's reasonable control.
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or other third-party data displayed on paldo.
- Any decisions you make in reliance on content or information presented on the paldo Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits paldo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension and Termination
paldo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or forfeit funds associated with that account, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from paldo.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age, or has provided false information during registration.
- Chargebacks or reversal of deposits by the account holder's payment provider.
- Direction from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or a court of competent jurisdiction.
Players who wish to close their paldo account voluntarily may do so by contacting paldo support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed following account closure, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Amendments to These Terms
paldo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where changes are material, paldo will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their paldo account.
Your continued use of the paldo Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using paldo and may request account closure via the support channels.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and paldo, you are encouraged to contact paldo's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.
paldo's operations in the Philippines are conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulatory guidelines, including those issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
